We have traveled with many many companies with our church and we have used american dream us coach this past weekend they are over the top!!! their staff is so help full and they make your trip happen they work with you on price and make sure that the trip goes how you want it they even help with the hotels and food they are the best we have never had a company that is so helpfull their buses are great everything on the bus works the a/c is ice cold and we got to our destination 25 min early they even let us take an extra stop on the way home on a 3 day trip and the driver kept a smile on his face and the company did not charge us anything extra for it

The 15-passenger van was unsafe. The only passenger doors in the main section of the van could not be opened from the inside. In addition, there was tape on the top inside of one of the doors. The step to embark and disembark was high; but, there was no stepstool to assist passengers, which made it difficult to get on and off the van. The “door grip” on the main passenger door was broken and dangling, which prevented passengers from using it to step up into the van. The gas gauge was constantly near empty; the driver said that it did not work so he approximated the mileage for refueling.

In addition to the above, the front passenger side door was in need of repairs. The armrest cover was missing so that the inside and nails were exposed. This was unsafe for the person who sat there. The middle passenger seat in the main section constantly shifted forward indicating that its track was unstable. There was a hole in windshield.

The driver was pleasant and the intial contract with the company was good. The condition of the vehicle was the major concern.

Don't ever use this company. They promised "highway safe" buses. Our bus had no working speedometer. Half the buttons and swithes were broke on the panel. The driver had to use a GPS to know his speed. We froze on our 10 hr. trip to NYC because the heater didn't work. So he was blowing A/C because I guess it was the only was to defog the windshield. When asked to fix something so we didn't freeze on the way home, the driver jerry rigged something in the back so that it was so smothering hot when he picked us up we almost passed out. He stopped 45 min.later (after pleading with him that we couldn't breathe)and opened the escape hatches to give us air. To top it off he made us get off the bus at midnight to re-fuel the bus saying it was manditory. Never heard of that. We arrived home 2 1/2 hrs. late with no good reason, except that our bus could only go 35 mph up hills. This bus line should not be in business if they cannot provide "safe service".
