What if I don't have all required licenses yet?
We can only accept companies with current, valid USDOT numbers and proper passenger transportation authority. Please apply once all licensing is complete.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Premium at any time. We'll prorate the cost and apply any previous payments toward your Premium membership.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and business checks. Payment is due upon approval of your application.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Standard listings are one-time payments with no contract. Premium memberships are annual but can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No automatic renewals.
