Excellent Experience
Our experience with Capitol Bus Line was phenomenoal! I took a student group from Charleston to Columbia for a field trip. Our driver, Darwin, was excellent...on time, early, professional, and very polite. The customer service was extremely responsive. The bus was lovely, seats were comfortable, and it was very clean. I highly recommend this bus company. My tip is that if you'd like for gratuity to be included in the invoice price, let Jean know ahead of time. It was a great experience for us! We'll definitely use them in the future!
Excellent service at a very fair price
Service was excellent, on-time, friendly, responsive, both from the office (Jean) and our driver (Carlos). Would not hesitate to hire again and recommend to others.
Capital bus review
We had an opportunity to utilize the services for a trip from Columbia SC to Orlando Florida. The bus was far better than we expected and the driver was excellent. He asked where we wanted to stop for lunch and we gave him an idea of the type of restaurant and he led us to one of the best buffet type restaurants. He was very helpful at all times and given the trip was following the significant snow, he was an great driver. The only negative is that we did not plan to keep the bus longer.
