Review of Classic Charter
Our driver was very attentive of our needs and made sure everything went smoothly. He came early to pick us up and was able to provide his phone number and was available the entire time to help us.
Transportation to and from SFO (two one way trips)
I couldnβt be happier! Our buses were on time (actually waiting for us at SFO for our return trip); clean, and comfortable. The drivers were personable and professional. We arrived at our destinations early both ways. No negatives. Iβd use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a very pleasant experience booking Classic Charter. Representatives contacted us within 48 hours of request submission. Throughout the entire booking process, Classic Charter reps kept in contact and were very easy to work with.
Worse Trip Ever!!
I think they gave us the oldest bus they had!! Driver got lost did not know the way.Never again!! I must admit I was warn about this Bus company!!He show us a newer bus and hook us on going with him and guess what?? A very old broken down bus that almost did not make it home!! Good luck using this company!! All lies!!
Great Customer Service
Though we were unable to take our trip they were easy and accomadating. A few friends did go and they loved the driver and had a great time.
