No Show and Still No Refund
They never showed and disapointed 40 kids. They claim that the trip was in the computer bit never was put in the sheduling book, yet it's been a month and we have not been able to obtain a refund. Please take them off your site to keep others form the having the same issues that we are still facing.

Coastal Coach was very prompt in responding to my initial request as they were the first and only received one other a couple of days later out of the 5 sent. They provided a comprehensive quote and stuck with it. Also, flexible as they called me back late on a Friday evening to discuss our needs for a second bus at the last minute which they were able to provide with very little notice. The buses showed up early and the drivers were very friendly and professional. Overall an excellent experience!

had trouble w/a loaner bus, but they made it work. their driver worked well w/our driver from Iowa. fans had a good experience.
Montana is the Best
We rented a bus for a family trip to Canada from Philadelphia, PA. The bus arrived and was OK. The icing on the cake was Montana our bus driver. He was fun and had a great sense of humor. If we have another vacation we will definately look into Coastal Coach. Montana was great and the price was great (4K less than competitors).
A lot better
While our driver, Brian, was most profesional, pleasant, knowledgable, and one I would love to have again the bus itself was disappointing in that the air stop working, the DVD screen was broke and the tolet did not flush.
I have several more trips plan and I don't know if I will try Coastal Coach or recommend them with out sharing this information.

The bus broke a belt it happens it is a machine that can do unpredictable things we strive to assure everything is in working order. Oh, the toilet clogged and could not flush
thats because some of our customers use it as a trash can,
Cans bottles diapers ect. don't belong in the toilet. I wonder if people put that stuff in thier toilets at Home!!
