I chartered a minibus for a trip to a haunted house attraction with my med school classmates. We were impressed by the cleanliness, amenities, and appearance of the coach. It looked brand new! Our bus driver, Charles, was super friendly and patient as we waited for guests to arrive and board the bus. The price for the bus is very fair for the value of service you get. I will definitely be using DC Trails for my trips in the future.

When searching for a bus company for a trip with 22 high school students, I was immediately impressed by the friendliness, flexibility and professionalism of the folks at D.C. trails. They weren't the cheapest, but they were very reasonable for the quality of the company. Our driver was great and our students enjoyed his commentary. The bus was clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. We had a conference for staff members while our students were doing sightseeing and campus visits, so we needed a driver who was flexible and could adapt on the fly. Our driver worked well with us throughout the process. The only problem we had was that he always seemed to be concerned about traffic jams that never developed. A couple of times, we cut one activity short because he was worried about traffic and ended up being way early for the next one. Overall, however, I was very happy with the service and would recommend D.C. Trails to anyone planning a trip to D.C.
