Vadio Rafting Trip to Maupin
Getting large groups of people from point A to point B is always a hassle, too many things can always go wrong. Our driver showed up 15 minutes early and was parked and ready to talk about our days adventure before the herding began. We had 123 miles to travel and he was receptive to last minute rest area stops, tight drop-off sites and loose pick-up instructions. He made very good time both there and back and we felt very safe the entire time. I would highly recommend Andre and the EcoShuttle crew. From bidding, planning to final execution, they were very helpful at all stages. The only thing I could have wished for was music in the bus we rented, when we were tired coming home it would have been nice to have something to listen to to pass the time.
Eco Shuttle
We were thrilled that Eco Shuttle was able to provide us a bus at very short notice after our original bus company had cancelled. Mark was very prompt to respond to our inquiries.
He also contacted me the day before to reconfirm and give me the name of our driver who also contacted me to reconfirm.
Rochelle was our driver and she was just great. She was always on time at each location we visited, was a very careful driver and very pleasant. We felt very safe with her and enjoyed her company.
My only negative comment is that it was a very hot day and there was no air conditioning on the bus. Other than a couple overhead vents and 2 small fans in front, there was no air circulating. We had several elderly passengers where it was clearly draining on them and I consider a health risk. Perhaps it was because it was the only bus available at that late date we booked, but I would definitely prefer a bus that had better temperature control.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As we head into the summer months an active and effective AC unit is an absolute must and I apologize for this short-coming on your trip. Sometimes it's hard to tell if the AC is not working to full capacity until the hottest time of the day arrives, and then, unfortunately it can be quite apparent. We are addressing this issue and have our top mechanics working to get the AC back to full operating capacity. Thanks again for choosing to work with us and bringing this to our attention. Very Pleased!
We used ecoShuttle to take our staff to the Singing Christmas Tree. Driver showed up in plenty of time, was kind and courteous, knew where he was going, and the commute was smooth. Bus was clean and well-maintained. Driver was ready when we were finished, delivered us safely: all in all, a very pleasant, smooth experience. We'll definitely use them again if the need arises!
