Shantay Kaufman was a ROCKSTAR!!! She is kind, courteous, punctual, and always went above and beyond! Our trip was made better because of her! She never made us feel like a burden when we had to request for her to come meet us at the loading dock. She performed BEYOND our expectations and we will continue to do business with GATEN'S BECAUSE of Shantay!! <3

We contracted Gatens to transport our sports team to a practice and later to a competition over a 2-day period.

We were very fortunate to have a very personable, accommodating and professional driver. Brian was such a nice guy, making our visit to New Orleans so much better.

Great recovery. I booked a 30 pax for two days and the original bus they sent us had sound and temperature issues. The company did a great job in sending a replacement bus to finish out our day and provided the same amazing bus for day two. Our driver was excellent and very knowledgeable in local history. Will definitely use this company again!
