Joseph's Transportation

We used Joseph's Transportation for a youth group trip from Boston to Concord. We were coming in from out of town and the staff was very helpful when I called to make arrangements. Our driver was on time and very helpful. The bus was immaculately clean. We had a medical emergency and one of our leaders had to go to the orthodontist and the driver (Steve) used his break time to take him to the doctor, waited for him and then returned to pick us up. In addition we ran into unfriendly park rangers who would not let us park in the bus lot. Steve handled everything with a calm assurance. I would use them again without hesitation.

We used Joseph's Transportation for a church youth group trip from NH to NYC. The bus brought us to NYC on a Sunday and picked us up again the following Saturday. We had 27 teens and 4 adults. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very professional and courteous. The bus arrived 15 min early to allow us time to load baggage. Very clean and comfortable bus with DVD player. Power outlets at every seat.
What truly impressed me is that I had to call Joseph's close to midnight on a Friday the night before our scheduled return trip to try and arrange an earlier pickup up time in NYC the following day. Not only did someone pick up the phone right away but the woman I spoke to was very friendly and accomodating. She called our driver and arranged to have him come 4 hours earlier than planned. I felt like I was dealing with a small, family owned company that really took pride in its service and customer relations. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Joseph's Transportation. They responded to my inquiry quickly with a very reasonable quote. The driver arrived early and was helpful in getting everyone aboard and on their way.

Joseph's Transportation will be the first call I make if I need transportation again.

we used josephs for a bunch of work this summer. We started off with a few local tours of the boston area and salem and then we started using them for other events (ie casino trips). overall perfect service from making the reservation to the wonderful drivers. highly recommended!
