My family reunion booked a NYC tour with Panorama in June 2009. From beginning to end, Panorama exceeded our expectations in quality and customer service. Panorama is a professional, class-act operation. The coach bus was very clean and air conditioned, it arrived at our hotel on time, and our driver was great! We had a very pleasant experience all around. We definitely felt that from the booking to the actual trip that Panorama was making sure they earned our business. By the way, the cost was very reasonable. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Panorama, and will utilize their services at my next opportunity.
