From the moment of first contact, I found Wescan Charter Bus Lines to be very professional. I received a reply from Catherine Shen 20 minutes after submitting my request - she wanted to confirm some of the information. After replying, I received a quote from her approx. 20 minutes later. Their quote was very very reasonable and that is why we went with this company.
I didn't accompany the group that day but I did note upon leaving the hotel, that the charter bus was waiting for them. I didn't receive any complaints from any of the guests regarding this service.
