Ace Tours and Transportation

I highly recommend this company. The driver was extremely helpful ,courteous. The shuttle bus was immaculate at and the luggage carrier had more than enough room for 20 suitcases. The driver kept in contact with me by cell phone on the return which eased our fears about possibly not being picked up

When quoted fee for bus, I was given in writing that the driver's gratuity was included. And, that was one reason for using this company and figuring my budget. I even told the passengers earlier that the tip was included. The driver was on time and was courteous, and when he dropped us off at the airport, it was mentioned that the tip was quoted as included. Apparently Ace tells the customer this, but then tells the driver otherwise. I told the driver that I would provide him with the quote that I received, and the driver called me the next day, stating Ace told him otherwise. Also, the bus was efficient, but was a little noisy and no microphone for the driver to talk on.

Mauricio their GM is awesome to work with. My corporate group DHL have been working with them for over 5 years. Had a large group of 600 passengers and handle it without any issues as always. Great company to have the pleasure of working with.

My school booked a trip to Legoland, and the customer service was excellent. The driver was courteous and on time. Was understadning to the childrens request during the trip and was concerned about our safety during the trip. I would definately book with Ace Tours again.
