Our church's youth group trip use this company for a trip and it was awesome. The bus was in excellent shape, the driver was very professional and drove very safety. Customer service was beyond expectations. We were very happy with everything from the moment we got our quote, 'til the moment the bus dropped off.

The Sales Manager Susan was easy to work with, always responded quickly and was available to take my calls. We were traveling for the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Race; even with a lot of moving parts and bodies Florida Tours was able to come up with a route that got us in and out of the race area quickly.

Our bus driver Al was pleasant, drove safely and was on time! We will definitely be using Florida Tours again.

From the sales experience through our trip Florida Tours was a pleasure to work with. They made everything easy, greatly reducing my stress level. The coach was very clean and our driver was pleasant, accommodating and had excellent driving skills . . . especially in tight places. Another plus, they allow drinking water on the coach. I priced three other companies in the area to take our group from Fort Lauderdale to Key West. This is the only company that would allow dry snack foods and water. The other companies were also slow to respond to emails and messages. Florida Tours responds promptly. I highly recommend Florida Tours!
