Amazing Time
Great bus company, very nice buses!
Worst Service and Bus
The company promised a nice bus as pictured on the website. We got an older bus from another company. The bus driver was the worst and the service was terrible. The bus had mechanical issues and poor service. I contacted the bus company and no remorse or accountability.
Excellent company with nice newer model buses and great customer service!
We rode with Patten Tours down to Port Canaveral FL for our family cruise this year, the bus was clean, smelled good, newer model, had free WIFI and we watched movies on a firestick. We will most certainly be traveling with this company again and recommend them to any and everyone.
