Great Job!
very good job. on time, clean & neat bus. overall very good experience. only problem is the company is not very responsive via email so you really have to call to confirm, etc because they won't respond to email inquiries.

Wertz is top quality!
We hired Wertz to provide a 29-passenger motor coach for our wedding reception. Not only was the sales and office staff friendly and responsive, but their price couldn't be beat. The bus was clean and modern and the driver was fantastic. What a great company to work with! Top quality all the way!

Absolutely terrible. We hired Wertz for a previous event and were pleased to book them again, as they did a great job. However, the second time around was horrible. The driver had no sense of direction, used Mapquest and still got lost, almost hit another truck and left us stranded for hours b/c he did not properly schedule and also got lost - again. We voiced our issues to the company and they basically blamed us and were extremely rude. They kept focusing on whether we wanted a minimal refund, instead of apologizing - not even once. All in all a terrible experience.
