Empire has always been the choice charter bus for my school. When I call or email I get prompt service and I am never disappointed by their service. They really understand customer service and I will use no one else for my students, parents and fans.

I contacted numerous bus lines for quotes for our trip - most did not even respond. Empire responded almost immediately and was very accomodating to our specific needs which were unusual in nature. We needed to take staff on a tour of the I-4 corridor and to get off at specific interchanges and stop so we could view a road project for the corridor. Empire was able to do this and did it with great customer service. The driver was very friendly and was very prompt. Would definitely recommend to others.

I rented this Company for my trip around Tampa Bay with $1550/1 bus a day. they promised us a good delux bus. But this company isued another bus (integrity charter bus) with bad condition. I was very disappointed.

Our Senior Class was on a tight budget for their senior trip so we did a lot of shopping for a transportation company. Empire offered the best prices so we went with them with some hesitation since we realize that the best price does not always mean the best service and quality. Saturday our driver Ralph picked us up for a full day of touring. He was WONDERFUL! Great with the students, flexible, punctual, AWESOME!
We requested Ralph again for Monday. Empire rearranged some assignments so we could have Ralph again! Once again... he was flexible, punctual, and FUNNY! The kids loved him and asked to have a group photo with him! The students all yelled RALPH instead of cheese... he obviously made an impression! Saturday night, 2 hours before our scheduled pick-up we needed to change the time. I called and could not get through to dispatch but ended up speaking with a man that could not help me. He suggested I keep trying dispatch... which I did and got through within a few minutes. The dispatcher was able to change our time and was VERY pleasant! A few minutes later my phone rang and it was the gentleman I had reached earlier calling to make sure I got ahold of the dispatcher! You just don't find service like this!!! We were EXTREMELY please with Empire and would recommend them for your touring needs! Don't forget to ask for RALPH!!!! :)
