Youngblood services was the first to respond to my quote request and came in at a very low price. I was skeptical of the transporation based on the quote and asked to see pictures. The pictures that were sent were of a brand new, very clean bus so I was excited to get such a good deal. Much to my dismay I was duped and the busses that my group used were awful. I took a group of 45 clients from Boston to Florida and upon arrival and waiting 30+ minutes despite speaking multiple times with the driver who assured me they were "10-15 minutes away" an old, worn, dirty bus pulled up. The inside of the bus was in disarray and embarassed me in front of my clients. I requested a new bus for the following day and was assured it was much nicer and in better condition. The next day came and the bus arrived looking slightly better on the outside but the inside was just the same as before and the radio/DVD player did not work. Not to mention that the bus could not go above 60 because everytime it did it would shut down and we would have to pull over (5+times) making for an extremely long trip with no entertainment provided.
